Refund policy

Thank you for choosing MM Independent. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we have provided three distinct solutions: the right of withdrawal, the legal guarantee of conformity, and the size exchange. Below you will find the procedure for each case.

1. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to EU Directive 2011/83/EU and to articles 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005), you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide any justification.

How to proceed

1. Notify us of your intention to withdraw within 14 days of delivery, using one of the contacts indicated above.
2. Hand the item to the courier within the following 14 days from such notification.
3. The item must be returned in the same conditions in which you received it: unused, undamaged, with original tags, labels, and films attached, in its original packaging and box.

Costs

• The return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• We will refund the full amount paid, including the original shipping costs, limited to the cost of the standard shipping option offered by MM Independent. Any additional costs for express shipping or supplementary services chosen at checkout are not refundable.

Refund

The refund will be issued within 14 days from receipt of the return (or from proof of shipment, whichever is earlier), using the same payment method used for the purchase. Any exceptions will be communicated by email, phone, or WhatsApp.

2. Legal guarantee of conformity (defective or non-conforming item)

If the product presents a manufacturing defect or does not conform to what was ordered, you are entitled to the legal guarantee provided by articles 128 and following of the Consumer Code, with a duration of 24 months from delivery.

How to proceed

Report the defect to us by attaching photos of the product and the packaging. We will send you the return label and proceed, in accordance with the legal terms, with the repair, replacement, or, where applicable, the full refund of the product.

Costs

In case of a confirmed defect of conformity, all costs are borne by MM Independent: original shipping, return shipping, and shipping of any replacement item.

3. Size exchange

Should the item not fit correctly, you have 14 days from receipt to request a size exchange, subject to warehouse availability.

Conditions

The item must not have been used and must bear the original tags and labels in their original position, inside the original packaging and box.

Costs

• The return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• MM Independent covers the shipping costs of the new item.

Return procedure summary

1. Contact us within the indicated terms (phone, email, or WhatsApp).
2. Before packaging the item, photograph the merchandise in such a way as to document its non-use and clearly show that tags and labels have not been detached. The photos must be sent to us together with the return request and constitute a necessary condition for the acceptance of the return.
3. Place the item back in its original packaging and box.
4. You will receive the return label from us (in case of defect) or instructions to arrange courier pickup (in all other cases).
5. Ship the item to the address indicated above.
6. Once the item has been received and inspected, we will proceed with the refund or with the shipment of the replacement product.
